Past lifeline reference standards:
In the construction industry, there are no clear requirements for the setting of temporary horizontal lifeline, which leads to various problems in the field of pulling and using.
In 5.2.2 (5) of Standard Specification jgj80-2016 technical code for safety of high place operation in building construction, "horizontal channel should be set up in the construction layer for steel structure installation and construction, and protective railings should be set up on both sides of horizontal channel. When steel beam is used as horizontal channel, continuous safety rope should be set up on one side of steel beam, and steel wire rope should be used as safety rope".
In Q / sy 1236-2009 "safety management code for work at heights", it is mentioned that the sling can be used as a fall control measure. The definition of lifting rope is "a vertical or horizontal rope, fixed to an anchor point or between two anchor points, on which a safety rope or safety belt can be hung". Article 5.4.5 of the specification refers to "the lifting rope shall be installed and used under the guidance of professionals. The horizontal sling can act as a mobile fixed point, which can provide fall protection while moving horizontally. " It can be seen that the description of the contents of horizontal lifeline in these two specifications is not comprehensive, such as the selection of horizontal lifeline, setting span, how to anchor the end point and a series of specific practices are not clear, which makes it difficult to control the setting of temporary horizontal lifeline on site.
Problems of old national standards:
1. Fiber rope or steel wire rope are used as temporary horizontal lifeline in the construction site of material selection; the diameter of steel wire rope is also different when it is used. More steel wire ropes with diameter from? 6mm to? 14mm are selected according to experience.
2. The forms of end support are different. Some of them use steel structure as temporary horizontal lifeline support directly, and some specially made columns as end support.
3. The end anchoring forms are various, mainly including the following: wire rope knot, wire binding, basket bolt connection, wire rope clamp fixation, etc. When using steel wire rope clamps for fixation, the number of steel wire rope clamps with the same diameter is different, and the fixation direction is different; when using basket bolts, the end forms of basket bolts are also various, O-O, O-C and C-C can be found and used on site.
4. The setting height of the temporary horizontal lifeline varies from 0.8m to 1.8m. Some of the temporary horizontal lifelines are not straightened due to the insufficient anchoring height, which leads to the phenomenon that the height of some temporary horizontal lifelines in the span is less than 0.8m.
5. There are no clear requirements on the span and natural sag of the temporary horizontal lifeline. Because some spans are too large (some are more than 30m) and the ends are not fixed stably, the natural sag of the temporary horizontal lifeline is too large.
6 setting trend When the temporary horizontal lifeline is pulled on the original simple steel structure, it can form a continuous use in the pulling span. However, due to the construction process and the installation of steel structure, the new steel frame blocks the continuous temporary horizontal lifeline in the original span, which makes the high-altitude operators constantly take off the hook when using the temporary horizontal lifeline in the span, adding inconvenient factors.
7. The skill of the pulling and setting personnel varies in terms of the temporary horizontal lifeline pulling and setting personnel. Some pulling and setting personnel do not know the specific pulling and setting requirements of the horizontal lifeline without technical disclosure.
8. After the completion of the inspection, some temporary horizontal lifelines are not inspected by competent personnel, and they are put into use without inspection.
